It’s Draw Time Again

For this draw we have 16 balls (all different colours) of Rowan Felted Tweed.

I chose colours that would make an amazing Temperature Blanket. If you do the full size blanket you will need more yarn but you can cut down the stitches to make a throw. You still might need a few more balls depending on the temperature.

Here is a finished blanket to inspire you. The colours are very different but it will give you an idea of what a finished Temperature Blanket looks like. For this blanket Denise used 4mm needles and cast on 252 stitches. You can easily go down to 200 for a smaller throw. Maybe even 180.

This is Andrea Mowry’s Stripes! You can purchase the pattern on Ravelry. Many people have posted finished projects using Rowan Felted Tweed. You will be using the yarn single strand. There is more than enough yarn for the sweater. Depending on your size you might get two.

This is the Vibrant Stripe scarf from Kaffe Fassett (pattern purchased on Ravelry). You have more than enough yarn to make this.
I love this Kaffe Fassett scarf. Pattern purchased on Ravelry.
The pattern for the striped cushions can be purchased on Ravelry.

Check out Marie Wallin’s Ravelry page for more Felted Tweed suggestions. She has hats, scarves and cowls that use more than one colour.

How can you win the bag of yarn?

  1. Leave a comment on this post with your first name and last initial, your hometown and your Ravelry name or Instagram name. If we don’t have your name we can’t contact you if you win.
  2. In the comment please tell me what you would make with the Felted Tweed. This isn’t a test. It’s just for me to see what patterns customers are interested in.
  3. Comments are moderated. They won’t show up until I add them to the post.
  4. One comment per person please
  5. No colour substitution
  6. We will contact you right after the draw. The winner will have 2 weeks to claim the prize. If it isn’t claimed in that time we will redraw.
On Friday December 22nd at noon EST we will do a random draw (picking one name) to see who wins the yarn.

Where do I leave the comment? Look at the bottom of the post.

It will say No Comments or 10 Comments or 30 Comments. Click on that and you can leave your information to try and win the bag of yarn.

Good Luck! Thank you again for visiting and I hope you come back soon.
